SWUPL Science and Technology Law Review is an international and professional English academic journal hosted by Southwest University of Political Science and Law. The journal welcomes submission of unsolicited manuscripts written in English.

Submission requirement
1) Submissions should accurately summarize and scientifically analyze the practices and experiences in relevant fields in China. They should contribute to presenting the rule of law in China in the new era, constructing China’s independent knowledge system of law, and promoting in-depth exchanges between the Chinese and foreign legal scholars.
2) Submissions must demonstrate originality, academic rigor, and scientific soundness, with clear arguments, sufficient evidence, logical coherence, and fluent language.
3) Submissions should not have been published in any other journal and should be free of academic misconduct such as plagiarism or unauthorized appropriation of content.
